A Bikepacking World Cup Journey!
After the World Cup in Leuven, the decision was clear: we wanted to support Wout in Glasgow. Combining the support with bikepacking, we embarked on an adventure. The ferry took us from France to England, and from there, we headed north to Glasgow. Our route led us through the Kent Downs to London, passing through parks to Oxford, and then through the Cotswolds to bustling Birmingham.
Despite some setbacks due to the road conditions in England, the journey’s highlight, featuring the Peak District, Forest of Bowland, Yorkshire Dales, and Lake District, awaited in the middle of the trip. The last leg, a rainy stage through the Galloways, brought us to Glasgow, where we enjoyed a day at the Cycling World Championships. π΄ββοΈπ
